For many years, our children grew up hearing stories about their dad in hundreds of sermon illustrations.  These stories became well known among our children as well as our church members, which was great as these stories became bridges that helped build a bond.  However, that is not the case with most dads because there is a lack of opportunity to share the many stories of their lives.  For this reason, we have developed a booklet entitled A Father’s Story.  It is the chance to pass along to our children, things that they would like to know but never had the chance to ask.  It makes a great gift as it describes a life that will one day be past but leaves behind fond memories that will continue to be a blessing long after we are gone.
